"Eating local is going to a whole new level with this festival and I’m glad about it. You will meet the happy pig farmers, the lady who grows the peppers to make her jelly, the baker making artisan desserts and breads, the butcher who cure the meats, the chefs who shop local for their products and make their own products, the dairy farmers who make fantastic cheeses, the wood workers and so much more."
