Talking to Lauren was extremely educational. After hearing all of this I was geeked! I’m not sure if I’m the only one that was late to the tea party, but my mind was blown. I had never heard of wellness teas that you could sip, soak, or smoke! I love to drink tea and know that there a certain type of teas to help with sleep and relaxation but I never really thought about its real power or that it could be used in a form of medicine.
